Sydney vapour ship packages using Australia Post. We have found Australia Post Express Shipping to be the most cost efficient solution for our customers. You have the option to use a cheaper parcel post but it will take longer to reach you, ALL parcels over the value of $200 will be marked with NO SAFE DROP which means if you are not home the postman will return the parcel to the post office and leave you a card.
Sydney Vapour does not ship overseas at this time or have a pick up service
Shipment Tracking
All shipments will have a tracking number in order you can track your item through the Australia Post website, once the tracking site states the item has been delivered, the item will be deemed as delivered and there can be no recourse against Sydney Vapour.
Sydney Vapour will replace any order that is lost by Australia Post except in the case where the tracking advises item has been delivered or an incorrect address was given by the customer, if an item is returned to Sydney Vapour, you will be responsible to pay to have the item shipped out again to the correct address.
Orders will be replaced once Australia Post confirms the order has been lost, All orders are double checked, however should something be missing from an order please advise within 48 hours of receiving the parcel, claims will not be accepted after that time.
Orders for $70.00 or more and up to 5KG will will be shipped by Free Express Post, Parcels that weighs more than 5KG, will be shipped using 10KG Flat Rate Parcel Post
Sydney Vapour orders cannot be amended, changed or added to once paid, your order can only be cancelled and refunded if a tracking number has not been issued, if a tracking number has been issued we can cancel and refund your order minus the shipping cost
DELIVERY SCHEDULE
Shipment Time
Most orders are shipped within 1 full business day after the order is made ( or sooner ), we do not offer same day shipping or Saturday delivery. Please allow 1 extra business day when there is a sale event and when a week has a public holiday.
Weekend shipments, Weekend orders including Fridays will be shipped on the following Monday and Tuesday on a first come first serve basis.
Delivery Time
Domestic Shipments: Packages shipped domestically via Express Post are typically delivered within 1-3 business days depending on the location, Parcel post is 2-7 days.
