Butter Cream tastes great on its own, it's even better with vanilla or chocolate or with dessert, coffee, fruit, citrus, or spice flavours. Butter Cream is among the more versatile cream flavours, so be sure to stock some in your collection.
Water Soluble Flavouring.
Ingredients: Natural and Artificial Flavouring, Propylene Glycol and Ethanol. USP Kosher Grade Flavouring. We import Flavor West concentrates directly from the manufacturer in the USA. We recommend starting with a 10% mix and increasing according to taste. Please note some flavours do vary in strength which is why we recommend to start mixing in small batches with low flavouring to start.
I find FW interpretation of Butter Cream to be softer and smoother than CAP's, depending on the recipe I find I am turning to this for a more delicate touch or if I want that stronger touch I use CAP. This is a definate must have to bring out the best if you have a recipe needing Butter Cream that you can get close to what you want but not quite right.
